Complete the application in the Workday platform. The recruiter and hiring manager will interview you at separate times. I met the hiring manager in person and did the phone interview with a recruiter. The application process and platform were fast and very easy.

Entretien
Application made, Recruiter contact via email with proceeding phone interview. Recruiter then set up an interview at the local branch and this was held with Branch Manager and another banking associate. At this time I was told the start date would look like approximately 2 weeks. Branch Manager then via email requested a virtual 3rd interview with the Regional Marketing Manager. This actually took place via phone call as he had technical issues. He stated I would receive feedback/official offer by 2nd business day of the following week. I did not receive a message. I then sent a cover letter of interest to recruiter and to the branch. Recruiter called to let me know decision was being made the following week as they had to complete final interviews from other applicants. No follow-up was made. I then reiterated interest in position via email one week after that, requesting an update via email. I received a phone call (no documentation) stating that they went with another applicant because they had to make the best decision for the branch position. Total time from application to final follow-up with no offer was 1 month and 5 days. This was an entry level position (70% Teller/30% Sales Products). I have years of customer service and a master's degree.
