Then sent in a formal pitch example I’d done before. Did a second round with the Analyst I’d be working with to ensure a cultural/team fit with them.

4 part interview process I made it to the third. First was with a woman in HR who used to be on the team. Pretty straight forward mostly behavioral maybe. few basic technicals like walk me through the financial statements. Then met with the hiring manager. 30 minutes and not too intense. A mix of technical and behavioral. Needed to explain why this team why this location why this job. Technicals were a bit more advanced. Then there was a two part case study that I had a week to do. One more round after that with other associates.
