How would you deal an agitated user whose system has crashed due to a malfunction in windows and he/she is worried about data recovery? I would start by calming down the user and assure them that we would do all we can to recover the files. Then I’d ask the client some basic questions on happenings just before the system crashed to equip myself with a better diagnosis, in light of which I’ll try my level best to retrieve any files. I also educate my clients now and then to keep a backup folder in one of the relatively inactive drives as a precaution of data safety to avoid data loss in such situations.

There is a phone interview first for about 30 minutes asking about experience and salary requirements and basic questions about your background. Then a second round interview where they go over resume again and ask a lot of STAR questions

2 step interview process. 1) Screening Call with the Recruiter. Ask about your experiences (they use the star method. 2) Interview with hiring manager. Asked about relevant experiences. Very good and very casual conversation. Job offer was given a week later. Then a few days after that they "cancelled" the job offer. The hiring manager called and said that they no longer had the budget available for this position. The hiring manager said that once they have the budget again please apply again for this role. Very odd and very different experience. Glad I didn't put my notice in at my current employer just to be unemployed for no reason.
