J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez KeyBank (Cleveland, OH) en oct. 2016
Entretien
Applied online. Received a first round interview. Mostly behavioral (Why Key, why IBD, why finance, etc). Then invited to superday. Met with 3 people for 30 minutes each. First interview was a stock pitch, second interview was mostly behavioral, and third interview technical / brain teasers. Every person I interacted with that day, from the recruiter to the employees, were all so so nice and welcoming. Great experience given the stressful nature of IBD interviews.

Question 1
Why Key? What has happened with Key in the news recently?
J'ai passé un entretien chez KeyBank (New York, NY)
Entretien
Had 2 rounds. Overall interview was very behavioral-focused. There were a few technicals but nothing hard. Interviewers were nice but they are definitely looking for people who have some sort of a connection to Ohio.
J'ai passé un entretien chez KeyBank (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
Only had 2 rounds. First was with a younger analyst who surprisingly asked almost all technicals (tech specific because it was tech office). Then super day about 2 weeks later. Typical super day that lasted about 2.5 hours. One very intensive technical interview, two mostly behavioral and just trying to get to know you (very genuine people who I spoke with). And one was a mix of both. Nothing too bad by any means.
1 phone interview for 30 mins
1 spd with 1 analyst, 1 associate, and 1 VP. Each for 30 mins.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Accepted offer at the end.
