The interview process took roughly 3 weeks. I had an initial screening call with the Recruitment Manager at Kerv to go over my skills & experience. I then got round to the first stage interview with a few members on the panel, very much a competency format interview, it was roughly 45mins doing a deep dive into my experience. I was then successful to the second stage interview which was more scenario based interview. This stage i did find a little daunting at first as they provided you a week prior a topic in which you will present back to a different set of panel members on a soecific topic - so I had to do lots of Preps and get my ducks in a row in terms of possible questions they could ask on the back of the presentation. Bpty interview stages were pretty relaxed and wasnt as formal as I assumed it would be A week later they offered me the role.
