Applied online, set up an interview over email. Came in and met with HR who were great and explained the company well. The hiring manager had not seen my resume beforehand and was dismayed that I did not meet some of the qualifications. Was nice about the situation but there really needs to be more organization around interviewing, especially if you're gonna ask people to come to the interview in-person.
