So far spoke to HR person for pre screening in interview process. Purpose of interview was to see how good of a match I was for the position that was offered. HR person who called was from Texas and called at the agreed upon time. Question were standard screening questions that you find on any interview.

The interview itself was a positive experience; however, the follow-up process was disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times both to the recruiter and the interview panel. I did not receive any feedback or formal communication regarding the outcome of my interview. I understand that not every candidate may be selected, but a professional courtesy in the form of a response would have been appreciated. The lack of follow-up reflects poorly on the candidate's experience and overall communication process.

Very slow process. Dragged out around a month. Had to constantly reach out to management to get an updated status as they didn’t try keeping me in the loop. Felt unprofessional from my position.

Great questions Ask how work is organize and kept track How quick are your follow up Liability questions and how much were my monthly claims count How many claims closed in a month Salary expectations. I would ask how many claims a day you get. Since 2020 it was high claim volume and not enough to keep up. Make sure to ask the daily and monthly claim volume per adjuster.
