I scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter and we discussed the role. He told me that I should hear back in a week. I constantly follow up and ask him and he says there has been no decision. Recruiter never informed of what the next steps were and then eventually stopped responding to the emails. I think this defines their culture if they think it is ok to leave candidates in a dark like that.
