The whole process takes about 4-5 weeks, with a lot of Skype interviews with the various geographically dispersed teams. The process involves a tech take home which isn't too bad but if a little big and the code quality is high (the marking is done via a very large unit test suite).
However, after the final interview the team never got back to me, neither a yes or a no. The company and the engineering teams are trying to work out what they want and I would not recommend Kelvin at all. Ghosting a candidate after 6 interviews and a final interview (i reached out but never heard a reply) is the stuff of a very immature and unprofessional company. They were also taken back by my compensation expectations, which was odd given it was about 20k under what I was on at the time (moving from NY to Austin), so my guess is the salaries are _low_. To add to this, I eventually got what I am on in NY in Austin, so the market is there.
