I applied online through the Kelly Website and about 3-5 days I was called by a recruiter. They scheduled a meeting for me to meet face to face. Before the meeting I was emailed a few assessment tests on Word, Excel and Data Input. Apparently I scored advanced on Excel :). The first meeting I met face to face with two recruiters, one who had my test results and the other mainly spoke to me about preparations with meeting my manager for the second interview. The two recruiters were very helpful as they helped me formulate better answers for my second interview. They answered any questions I had and guided me to the final step all the way. At the second and final interview I met with my manager and director. They asked me questions that I answered truthfully and they loved every bit! They had also reassured me there were no wrong answers but just wanted to see how I responded and as long as I was willing to learn. They wanted me and I accepted the position as soon as the recruiter called the same day of the second meeting. The form/paper process was done in one day and very fast with no issues.
