It was a video interview which can be done on a computer or on your phone with a app that has to be downloaded. The interview was about 45 minutes long

I’m having a issue with a app giving me a error everytime I try to log in, how do I resolve it, how to set my apps to automatically update, How to set up my Bluetooth device on my phone, how can I save my battery life on my phone, name a time I couldn’t help resolve a irrate customers issue & what would I have done differently, why do you want to work for kelly, why do you want to work from home. Some of these questions were done in role play & you must remember that you are playing a role & if you break that role then you basically lost the job
