It was pretty straightforward. I met with the Kelly recruiter at a job fair, which went well. A few weeks later when a position became open, I interviewed with the company manager I would be supporting. That also went well and I got the assignment. Began work after the drug test and background check.

Took quite a few assessment tests that were ridiculous. I have been in the administrative field for over 15 years....do you think I don't know how to type? Then found out they were just collecting resumes for positions they hoped to get. Only had low paying positions available.

I was very short. It mainly consisted of the computer/software testing that I had to do. I had to do a test on Word and Excel and had to take a timed typing test.

The recruiter at kelly effectively matched my qualifications with job posted. She prepared me well for the interview process at company. Walked me through entire process. Overall this process was very professional.
