The process is basically sign ups not a true interview. They tell you about the company you decide if you want to join or not. Meet with head broker and assistants
It was an easy interview. They made me feel welcomed and were trying to get to know you by asking questions about past experience and career goals. At the end both you and the company know if you are a good fit for each other.

Very simple and straight forward. You are asked about your goals and what it is you are looking to gain from joining the world of Real Estate. It is mostly about your goals / ambitions rather than qualifying you for the position. Self employed / independent contractor career
