J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Keller Williams (Raleigh, NC) en juil. 2015
Entretien
It was a very low key interview, it was with the main seller for the branch and one of his assistants. I was required to take a personality test prior to the interview which took up the main portion of the interview. I got a tour around the office.

Entretien
Several one on one interviews and then interview with multiple higher level employees. Also a personality test to start. It does seem a lot for the type of position and pay.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. Projects you worked on.

A bunch of psychological tests that they already know the answers to by the time you get to the interview. They will then ask you questions about yourself, only for them to then tell you that they knew you were never qualified for the job, thus wasting 2 hours of your time.
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
