Very thorough and efficient. A very Unique interview process! Had to take a personality test before the first interview. There are no wrong answers, they just want to see your working style. I was read my very specific results during the interview and it was fascinating to hear! Keller Williams was very quick to respond to me and emailed me a design test to complete for the job. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Long interview process that asks many questions about your character and lasts for about 6 months with one interview per month. They follow a package with set quesitons and take thorough notes.

Entretien
The interview consisted of multiple behavioral and situational questions. Interview lasted about forty five minutes and overall I thought it went well. I did not get asked any unexpected questions.

3 rounds each an hour long, each round focused on different areas i.e professional goals, personal goals. Also have to take personality assessment to make sure you fit in with culture
