The initial interview was a phone interview. I then met with the market center owner for a thorough interview, about 90 minutes. I was then invited back and took the DISC test to determine my fit for the job. I was then invited back for a third interview with the broker, owner, and MCA (market center administrator). The job was offered but salary was not attractive.

Absolutely unique, personable and open. All parties were incredibly informed, engaged and most importantly honest. By far a refreshing depart from the status quo. he interviewer really wanted to know more than merely about my past experience but also about my capacity to do more, my goals and what I wanted from an employer.
