Fairly standard process, I applied online and met with several people within the company who were fine. An interview is a two way process as both parties are trying to determine if it's the right fit. The final interview was with the CEO and was horrible, not respectful of my time, and wasn't even a good experience of selling the company to me (I made up my mind during and formally accepted an offer with another company 5 minutes after our "interview" ended). Guccione was unprepared and didn't have a copy of resume and asked me to email it to him or "share my screen" if I had it up. Then when I emailed it he was like I'm just gonna have someone in HR send it to me. He then was like I'm gonna look at your resume now, but "it's cool because I read really fast." Then proceeded to or offer unsolicited opinions about subjects not related to the position or company at all. Asked me an eye roll worthy question about booking a je and recognizing revenue and then assured me that I answered it correctly. He asked a few questions, but would either cut me off when I was answering or not listen to what I said. Guccione didn't really talk about the company, staff, his own experience, or the future of the company at all and didn't even leave the impression that this is somewhere I wanted to work. Your mileage may vary, but I was over it maybe three minutes into the video call. It was unbelievably uninspiring and a bad bookend to an otherwise OK experience.
