Our interview process tends to be 2 interviews of which candidates will be interviewed by 2 employees at each interview made up of either a Senior to the role (often Senior Manager level), HR and a Partner in the firm.
We take the interview and selection process seriously and understand interviewing is one of the most important steps when hiring a new employee. It is as much about us selling ourselves as an employer of choice and not just about the candidate selling their skills and attributes to the panel.
