Processo super preciso e coinvolgente formato da diversi steps: Il primo un colloquio speed date di 15 minuti di screening. Successivamente iniziano i veri colloqui tecnici. Ho svolto due colloqui con i managers, in entrambi mi sono trovato a mio agio e ho avuto modo di svolgere i case con il loro supporto visto che sono stati molto collaborativi

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
