I applied online from a position posted on their website. I received a call from one of their recruiters and had a phone interview. Then they scheduled me for a 1:1 interview about 1 week later. After completing that interview I was given a homework assignment to watch a video and send them my thoughts about it via email. I was then scheduled for a panel interview about 1 week later that consisted of a 2 VP's and 1 Director. After completing that I met with the CEO the same day for about 15 minutes. I was offered the position a few days later and started about a week to two later. They have a great on-boarding process that consists of 2 weeks of a company overview, departmental training and cross training in other departments.
