I applied online and had a phone call with the recruiter, a quick meeting with the recruiter, an interview with someone on the team, and then another interview meeting other team members. I waited a few weeks to hear back - rejection. They had said the position was filled with a candidate who had better qualifications. Didn't think much of it, everyone was nice, but I saw the job had been reposted on LinkedIn and is still open on their website. Doesn't seem very filled to me, and doesn't leave the best impression.

Applied for the position through the company site then was reached out to by a recruiter to set up a phone for prescreen then had my application forwarded to the manager. After two rounds of interviews was offered the position.
