Disappointing and Demotivating. Had initial screening, interview, was scheduled for 20-30 minutes. Interview went almost an 1.5 hours. Was told that there were 2, Sales Reps, that were being hired. Completed, an assessment as next step. Received a call, 72 hours later, that other candidate, had received an offer and 2nd rep would not be hired until next year. However, they would like to continue interview process if I was in agreement. Zoom interview was scheduled. Less than 30 minutes, prior received an email that things were on hold and company didn't want to waste me time. I have never in my life experienced, the kind of unprofessional crap that is currently happening. It's very daunting to have a college degree plus years of solid sales experience with fortune 500 companies to be drug through this kind of interview process. To be told one thing and things shake out to be different within days. Then to be asked to jump through hoops of time consuming assessments & scheduling additional interviews, to be cancelled, last minute on the employers end. No words.
