Entretien
The process took a few weeks. They originally reached out to me twice and asked to set up an interview time.
They asked many simple questions:
Describe your current day and duties at work
How do you handle stress?
What do you do outside of work?
Tell me about yourself
The interview was easy. In the end I was not selected even though I have plenty of IT and customer support experience. They lied and said another candidate was in the final round already. A new job posting came out days later. I would not trust this company and do not respect HR employees that lie.

4 interviews over 3 weeks
1st with HR manager 1/2 hr
2nd with hiring manager 1 hr
3rd with VP 1 hr
4th with associate manager 1 hr
general discussions and vague description of position and role requirements , no in depth discussion of role appeared to be mostly social discussions
