I received call from recruitment agency about Katerra and applied through them and have been interviewd in Pune (India). I have been told that interview panel is coming to India. I was excited and ready for interview. I reached at the venue and there was no panel except one lady which asked me very very basic questions like what we do and what is my current project and wha is my role which I replied very confidently and interview ran only 15 min. She did not ask me much so I was very happy thinking I will get this job but after interview , I got no response from them, not even single mail or call or feedback. I have left the hope but I still don't know I was selected or not. There were almost 12-13 people or multiple skills and none got interviewed by her more than 15 mins. I was not expecting this kind of un-professionalism from a silicon valley startup. A new employee gets first impression of company at the time of joining only.
