Entretien
Interview process was unnecessarily drawn out to an almost cruel amount of time. Multiple online personality/IQ tests that took over an hour each (and were painfully repetitive), along with four interviews seemed a bit excessive given the position. Seems like a very fun place to work so hopefully this process will improve moving forward.

Question 1
The multiple online tests seemed excessive. Many questions in person and over the phone were asked twice or more due to the company changing hiring processes. The random/ anonymous system for references created a lot of confusion and frustration, I really wish I could have just listed my references like a normal job - I didn't see any benefit to this.
