I was called on the phone by the recruiter, and was immediately interested about the HR internship that was being explained to me. I had a long and thoughtful conversation and shortly after scheduled a time to come in for an on-site interview. As I sat down, everything was responsibly held and I was interview by the majority of the HR team. I felt valued and accepted and like I could be myself.
