Very long interview process. Expect three or four interviews over a 2 week or more time period. The more interviews, the better chance of getting hired. Interviews get harder as they come. Can be intimidating for some, a walk in the park for others. They are looking for people willing to commit longer than 2 years, which is understandable considering the learning curve of their sales process.
