Submit my resume with a recruiter. About a week later I got a call about a position. He set up the time and date for the phone interview. There was a lot of exchange questions and answers over the phone. Usually it last about 30 minutes but mine was about an hour long interview call. Overall the recruiter was very pleased that it last that longer because it is a positive sign.
