Recruiter messaged ME on linked in, scheduled a phone interview for the next day, I was supposed to initiate the call. I called him at the scheduled time and he had no idea who I was or why I was calling and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had an attitude with me and after a minute of talking to him, trying to explain the situation, he said I wouldn’t like the position and that was it. I’ve never had such a bad interview, this guy was ridiculous.

They bring you into a room and ask about your background, why you're applying to be a financial advisor and what qualities you have that make you qualify. I met with a couple different people during my first two interviews then on the third and final one, I met with the president of the company and he basically asked the same questions.
