I had an excellent experience interviewing with the HR Director. She was kind, thoughtful and responsive to emails, when I had followup questions. My final interview with director and colleague was less impressive. It felt rushed and more like a rubber stamp than gaining additional information, But working with the HR Director was a wonderful experience.
