They did not phone screen me. (red flag!) Initial communication was with the office/department assistant who was very professional at all times. She scheduled my interview, administered the psychometric test and did the initial in-person interview. Main interview was with the Fund Controller - she had an energetic personality, very nice Young staff, very casual environment.
