First, there is a screening with an HR representative usually to inform on the role. Then, there is a first round interview followed by a second round which was my final round.

Starts with an initial screen with the recruiter, then you talk with the HM, then you are given 1.5 days to complete a Media Math assessment and a Mock Proposal Presentation- which is then sent for review. If you pass, you move on to speak with the Director, maybe have an additional talk with a panel, and then receive an offer.
