All done online and by Skype. Typical first application phase, submitting resume and cover letter online, followed by a phone interview and a final video-chat interview with a Faculty Manager. During this interview I was asked about my experience teaching, and about how I would respond to certain scenarios that could arise in a GRE class. After the interview, I received a job offer in roughly one month.
