Quick interview over the phone with my future supervisor/ area manager. She was super friendly. They want you to be involved with at least 2 student groups as an exec member or something like that. Essentially they are looking for well connected people. They also ask you about your experience doing the basic duties of the job (ie postering, organizing events, promotions, etc).

Phone interview and then one interview in person. I was recommended by a friend so I emailed the person in charge and then she set up a phone interview with me which was really brief and informal- mostly just set up a time for me to come in. Then I had an in person interview that covered why I wanted the position and why I would be good for the position on campus. I talked about having a big network and being really involved on campus, thus I coudl connect with a lot of people.

The campus manager was very understanding and accommodating toward my school schedule and actually rescheduled for me due to an unexpected mishap. It was also a very casual. I ended up getting the job
