- a lengthy behavioural interview with head of support (45 - 55 min)
- final technical assessment presentation (60min) with team leads from EMEA, APAC, N America which required substantial independent research into Salesforce, Kantata SX, SOQL queries, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting workflows, and presentation preparation.
