Face-to-face interview, with a case study.
At first, the focus was on my past experience, personal and workign styles, and ability to manage a relationship with multiple clients.
I then had to prepare a case study on the spot, with dummy data provided and a few key questions.

How would you manage a situation in which your two biggest clients have an urgent request at the same time?
Coffee interview then meet the team. Both were in person. The coffee was with the managing director as I was recommended internally. Then when I met the team it was at their office and they were kind enough to give me an office tour.

The interview process involved 3–4 rounds, including conversations with HR, the direct manager, and senior leadership. However, the assignment felt overly complex, with expectations that were too high, tedious, and somewhat unrealistic for a candidate assessment.
