      Screening interview with TA initially then two interviews with leaders of increasing seniority. All interviewers know what they were looking for and were well-briefed. Interviews started on time and finished promptly

      Fairly straight forward. Screening with recruiter and then a panel interview. Panel interview was with four people - two at level I was interviewing for and two higher ups. Process did take a few weeks but was well informed throughout
