Entretien
I had a 2 stage interview process at Kantar Xtel (a subsidiary of Kantar). My second stage interview was just before the Christmas holidays. I chased up for details around the outcome and I was told I would find out in a few days. It's been over 6 weeks and the Talent Acquisition lead has no decency to reply. I have sent a number of emails asking for a response but I am getting ignored. In fact they have reposted the same job. I find this highly unprofessional. Kantar Xtel may be a really great company to work for however there is pure ignorance in their talent acquisition lead. This matter needs to be addressed because this gives a really bad image of the company. I had my heart set on this role and I have been left feeling purely insulted and upset. The company need to do something about it.
