Entretien
There were three levels of the interview, two of which were case studies; one was data intensive while the other was strategy intensive. The interview was quite gruelling, long and laborious.
Coffee interview then meet the team. Both were in person. The coffee was with the managing director as I was recommended internally. Then when I met the team it was at their office and they were kind enough to give me an office tour.

The interview process involved 3–4 rounds, including conversations with HR, the direct manager, and senior leadership. However, the assignment felt overly complex, with expectations that were too high, tedious, and somewhat unrealistic for a candidate assessment.
