I first had a virtual HR interview, followed by a written assessment and an in-person face-to-face interview. There was poor communication between the hiring manager and the HR team. The manager frowned the moment he saw me. He strictly stuck to standard interview questions throughout the talk, yet showed obvious disapproval with constant frowns and raised eyebrows over every answer I gave. It was clear he had no intention of filling this role. The whole conversation wasted my half an hour. They should have told me I was unsuitable upfront instead of dragging out the interview.

Se realizo una entrevista pregrabada, luego unas pruebas de conocimiento, por ultimo una cita para ser evaluada por 2 personas y la entrevista fue muy amigalbe y comoda, todo el proceso fue eficiente y acompañado.
