Initially i ahd to convince them by demonstrating my marketing & Sales skills which i had acquired over a period of time as I was from different Industry. Secondly I left an impact on the interviewing panel which included MD, Director (Marketing) & DGM (HR) by saying that to provide me a chance to prove myself and it does not matter weather I am from the same Industry or not but the Marketing skills remain the same in any given paradime and if I fail to do so in 6 months they can always show me the way out.
