My experience with the interview process at Kami Vision was highly unprofessional. It spanned 2-3 months and involved meetings with about 5-7 individuals before the final round. This final round was conducted by the CEO, who interviews every potential hire—a detail that now raises a red flag for me. Despite dedicating countless hours to the team, I later learned that the position was being eliminated. Subsequently, I was informed that it would instead be a more junior-level role and asked if I remained interested. Regrettably, I agreed, leading to more weeks of uncertainty until the CEO eventually decided to pause hiring to reevaluate annual goals and team structure. I strongly advise against applying here.
