The entire interview process was top notch. It is clear that Kalles Group cares for all their candidates. From the job description to the outreach - they have created an inclusive and authentic environment, to help ease the nerves that I am sure candidates (like myself) may have. The interview process was pretty standard as far as meeting members of the team that the role would have interaction with. In each of those interviews, the individuals showed interest in getting to know me and my experience, while giving great insight into the role and the organization.
