I recently interviewed at Kajabi for a Senior Webflow Developer role, and honestly, it was one of the better experiences I've had. The interviewer was super friendly and set a relaxed tone from the start, explaining the company and process so I always felt in the loop. They genuinely listened to my background, instead of just running through a checklist.
The technical part actually related to what I’d do on the job—they gave me a clear, real-world Webflow assignment with space to be creative, and I could ask questions if anything was unclear. When I spoke with the hiring manager, it felt like a real conversation, not an interrogation: we discussed projects I was proud of, how I tackle challenges, and where I want to grow. I got a great sense of how they value leadership and initiative without acting like gatekeepers.
