Interviewed with the hiring manager. Then had a panel interview with the hiring manager and 3 of their peers. Subsequently, 'Meet and Greet' with leaders from the hiring manager's team. This was over a 3 month period and I was finally told they were looking for someone with prior healthcare experience. I'm rating it negative because it took MONTHS and then I was given a reason that was known right from the beginning. Every interaction was pleasant and positive.
