Interview was set up through The Goodwill pre screening event. I received an email 4 days before the interview from the Goodwill rep stating where and when to report for a group interview in Pasadena. When I arrived and checked in, there were several people waiting in the lobby. We were all given name tags. Some of the people were interviewing for another position. We were led to a room and placed in a certain seating order. The staff introduced themselves. We were asked to do 2 exercises. After we completed the exercises, we were excused. We were given the opportunity to ask questions at the end. We were told that they were developing a talent pool for current and future positions.
