There was an initial 30 min phone screen. About a week later i was invited for a half day interview with hiring managers, senior managers, and coordinator team. The onboarding and background check took about a month

Entretien
There were two rounds of interviews. The first interview was with a manager at that location, and the second interview was a panel interview of the team you will be working with if you get the job offer. First interview asked basic questions about why did you apply, why should we hire you, what is one of your strengths, etc?
