An online panel interview on Microsoft Teams. The interview was done with 3-4 other candidates, along with management and other leadership roles. A 10-minute presentation was required and a rubric provided prior to the interview.

Interview process was pretty straight forward and easy although the recorded video interview felt impersonal and one sided as there were no follow up questions. It felt like a test you needed to study for to make sure you had the right answers. Very unauthentic.
