Entretien
Took over 6 months. During this time 2 recruiters either left or went on leave of absence and never assigning the process to a counter part. It was a lot of waiting before I was informed that the req was closed.

Presentation skills, Excel skills, reports, etc. What kind of manager would you like to work with?
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kaiser Permanente (San Diego, CA) en déc. 2010
Entretien
Many hoops to jump through. A series of interviews, thorough background check, and a drug (urine) test.
The process for me consisted of three interviews, one with the recruiter, one with the supervisor-to-be, and the last one with the hiring manager (Director). A long, drawn-out process. They conduct the most intensive hiring process I've ever seen for a company, aside from government positions.

Question 1
I don't recall specifics, but the interview with the hiring manager consisted of mostly work-related questions directly associated with the position to be filled.
