I had 4 interviews in 5 days with 10 people. First started with a phone interview with hiring manager, I was asked to meet him for a personal interview next day, on 3rd day I was asked to call in to a conference bridge where my future colleagues interviewed me, last round was an hr interview to check about my job expectations

Describe a situation where you are asked to work on a project with out having provided any background or documentation
The interview process consisted of an informational interview, and interview with the future supervisor and colleague, and a final interview with the supervisor and senior leader.
The interviewers were very personable and the interview itself felt more like a conversation than an “interrogation”. Very smooth process.

The interview process was fast, but the paperwork took forever.
Interview included a call with a recruiter, call with the director, sharing some extra information and examples of deliverables from previous projects, in-person meeting with the team.

4 rounds. 1. Resume Submission through website. 2. Pre-Interview Questionaire. 3. Phone Interview. 4. Panel Interview. From first submission to offer, process took about 35 days. Before the in-person panel interview, there is a writing assessment taken on-site. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. From HR to interviewer to office assistant.
